On the ground floor is the spacious living room with kitchen and dining area. A few steps lead you to the mezzanine floor, where there is a bathroom and a separate WC. Internal stairs lead to the first floor with three bedrooms and the second floor with a further bedroom. Relax on the spacious terrace in front of the house, enjoy the scent of Mediterranean plants and prepare delicious meals on the barbecue. The house is situated on a terraced area with two access points. For the more active holidaymakers, there are steps that lead past the house to the beach, or you can drive around the outside by car. The former fishing village of Ika is a small holiday destination on the Opatija Riviera with many cultural and sporting opportunities.
