You'll find everything you ever wanted at Rosa Hermosa (Beautiful Rose). Perfect place for the ISLAND vibe and home away from home feel. Only a 15 minute walk to the beach & various shopping & dining options. Our home features include Solid mahogany woodwork, a natural coral stone wall, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, stackable washer dryer, Island decor and Island furnishings.
This 2 bedroom sleeps 5. It has everything you need for everyday living. Fully equipped kitchen, water cooler dispenser, linens, hair dryer, iron and iron board and a safe.
The community offers on-site 24/7 security & surveillance cameras. Other features include a large & attractive pool surrounded by Gorgeous & lush tropical grounds, 2 shaded community gazebo / grilling areas.
Great location- safe friendly expat tourist town : Location is perfect with several beach-bar-restaurant accesses all within a 7-15 minute walk from the main street. In walking distance you can also find a bakery, ATMs and pharmacies.
Only a 5 minute drive to other amenities like 30+ other restaurants, nightclubs, casinos, golf courses, & a water park coming soon!
Getting around is easy. Buses on main road can take you to the main grocery stores. You can also use the motor taxis (motor bikes) if you love adventure if not you can find information for taxi at the condo. Uber is also now in the Dominican Republic. But plenty of mini markets so you do not need to leave the neighborhood except to go on excursions or just to explore.
If you like golf, there are 9 championship golf courses nearby(5-45 minutes drive)

Summary: I have stayed in several different rental properties in this area. This is my favorite by far. This condo is neat and tidy, comfortable beds- everything we needed was there. The guest book provided additional information that was very helpful. Nice appliances, nice towels, pool towels too! Dish soap and kitchen towels- most places don't provide these things which makes it difficult!
