This large property was fully renovated New heated salt water pool and spa. Flooring to furnishings completely NEW! This large home sits on a double lot in Naples Park just 5 homes from the water/inlet. Located in the most desirable 500 block with a short walk to either Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park.
Expansive open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a great room centrally located in the home which is perfect for family gatherings. The new kitchen with a 10 foot center island and all new appliances opens up to the TV room and Dining Room. One side of the house has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed that share a double-vanity bathroom. The opposite side of the home features the master suite with a large master bedroom / sitting room, his and hers walk in closets and a private on-suite with a oversized shower and private/separate toilet. The home also has a laundry room with washer and dryer, however all bedding and towels, which are supplied for guests, are professionally laundered.
The oversized property is a rare find in Naples Park allowing for a very wide home with a circular driveway. The back yard is fully secluded by a fence for privacy while you enjoy the enormous back yard and heated salt water pool and spa. The patio around the pool is approximately 1500 square feet and has a large dining table, sofa/chairs and a weber grill for bar-b-ques!

Summary: The house was great! Very clean and great set up. The pool area was beautiful and our family made use out of it everyday! The beaches are close and not crowded. Many shopping areas and restaurants to choose from within a few miles. Good location!
