Summary: Actually getting in was a challenge especially when we arrived late at night. The street is in a gated community and we did not have an access code. Were lucky to be able to follow someone else in. Spent 10 mins with torches looking for the lock box on the "water meter" only to finally find it on the gas meter. Strong smell of gas around this meter. Backyard extremely overgrown, weeds waist high; letterbox full of mail going back months; dishwasher hadn't been emptied (who knows how long the dishes had been in there); some of the cups and glasses in the cupboard were not very clean; TV power points did not work, got that sorted but then TV could not connect to wifi so no TV at all. Luckily e spent almost all of our time elsewhere in Point Cook with our family.
