Downstairs, there is a huge space to entertain with a fire pit, barbeque, plenty of seating, and easy entry to enjoy the amazing water. The front porch deck offers stunning views of the Kemah Boardwalk and Clear Lake. Enter into the living room to find soaring ceilings and an open floor plan that leads to the chef's kitchen. The kitchen boasts a large island with seating, all quartz countertops, and a beautiful dining space. Near the kitchen is the laundry room equipped with a new washer and dryer. Down the hall is a half bath dedicated to the living area, and tucked away is the master suite with a wall of windows showcasing the amazing view of Clear Lake. The master suite includes a king bed and a smart TV. The master bath features a huge closet, double sinks, a private toilet room, and a standing shower with floor-to-ceiling tile.
Outside, the back patio upstairs is covered and offers more seating and a table to enjoy the incredible waterfront view, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The spacious wood deck is an ideal spot for unwinding! Walk up the beautiful staircase to the additional 2 rooms and a full-size bath that is a Jack and Jill style, allowing all bedrooms direct access to a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms offers amazing water views and 2 full-size beds, while the other has a queen bed and fantastic views of Clear Lake.
Right around the corner, you’ll find amazing restaurants and boutiques. Just 5 minutes (2.9 miles) away is the famous Kemah Boardwalk with incredible food, shopping, entertainment, and fireworks! - There is a 2 dog maximum per stay 1. Please keep dogs on leashes. 2. Clean up after your pet, please dispose of all waste in the trash. 3. Please keep dogs in our yard. 4. Pets must have an ID tag, rabies tag, and collar at all times. 5. Absolutely no pets on the furniture or beds. We will charge $250 if we find out. 6. No Aggressive pets. The Pet Deposit is $25.00, non-refundable and an additional $10 per pet per day charge. PLEASE NOTE : If Pets are brought to the home and no pet deposit is paid prior to arrival, we will charge as mentioned above plus a $100 penalty.
