Summary: This house is located in a very safe and quiet area. There's always a guard standing by and monitoring who comes in and out. The home was spacious and comfortable for my family size. We had some issues with the wifi lagging, but it got better overtime. When we arrived we had an issue with the gate keys which secures the front door of the property. The guards were suppose to give us the key, but did not. I reached out to the host and she was quick to respond and accommodating. During our stay the hot water ran out (could be more or less our fault for using too much). I told the host and she was very responsive to the issue. This place is located in a very centralized location and we used a rental to get around.
