Our fantastic housekeeper & reliable maintenance team live close by if an important issue comes up. * YOUR PARKING SPOT: If facing cottage from street, park directly in front of - and parallel to - Villa Mimosa - being careful to parkin within the river rock area and not extend onto our narrow street. Address: 120 Sand Dollar Lane, #2.

** Once you arrive, our nice spacious neighborhood beach is just a 2-minute quick walk! Lemon Bay only a 1-minute quick walk! Stump Pass State Beach Park is the #1 ranked local attraction & we are so lucky to be only a 5-minute walk to Stump Pass.
