Our fantastic housekeeper & reliable maintenance team live close by if an important issue comes up. *YOUR DOOR CODE: Your front door code which works on your dates is included in your welcome info emailed to you prior to your stay. * PARKING: Important- Only 1 car parking per place -no exceptions. (neighborhood firm rule). Sorry no boats or oversized vehicles & No visitor parking - please plan to meet up with friends/relatives at area restaurants or at the public beaches which have parking lots & changing areas.
* YOUR PARKING SPOT: If facing cottage from street, park along the front LEFT side of Villa Margarita at 120 Sand Dollar Lane

** Stumpy's Free ride is a very popular, easy to use tip-based shuttle service to restaurants & around Manasota Key.
** Once you arrive, our nice spacious neighborhood beach is just a 2-minute quick walk! Lemon Bay only a 1-minute quick walk! Stump Pass State Beach Park is the #1 ranked local attraction & we are so lucky to be only a 5-minute walk to Stump Pass. A longer 8-minute walk to Englewood Public Beach to popular free beach yoga, 5 popular Key restaurants with live tropical music, big beach playground, reasonably priced water sports rentals - parasailing, sunset cruises etc.e
