5-star location. Perfect for 2 families or a large group of friends. Best Ski-in/out onto Perfection run with access to 3 chairs (Plaza, Ridge Rocket & Snow ghost). Professionally cleaned after each guests for a Covid-19 free environment. A short walk to main village or take advantage of the free shuttle picking you up right at the condo. Enjoy magical views of the run from the living room, dining room and kitchen. This building has 5 outdoor hot tubs so you'll always have one for yourself!
****PLEASE NOTE: hot tubs are available for the ski season, but it is closed out of ski season. When in-season hot tubs are open 1 pm-10 pm.
***Any signs of smoking of any kind & illicit drugs on the premises: $250/assessed per situation.
***Please make sure to go outside for any smoking needs.
***Strictly "no parties" allowed and any noise violations past 10:00 pm will result in a $250 fine and eviction.
***If you're bringing your pets, please make sure you pick after them

Summary: Nicely renovated property in an older building which does not have an elevator so you have to lug your stuff up several flights of stairs when checking in or out. Unit was clean and nicely presented, comfortable and spacious. A big plus is that the building is right next to the Perfection run so you can easily ski down to the lifts in the morning and ski back to the unit at the end of the day. In the evenings, you can walk to the village centre but it is a 10-15 min uphill walk.
