This 3 Bedroom, 3 1/2 Bath Condo was completely Renovated by the new owner 2021 and is a true Luxurious Oasis.
Carillon Beach Resort offers a Mile of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. The guests of the Sunrise Condo Building have exclusive access to the Resort Pool (adjacent to and viewable from this condo) which is a spectacularly over-sized pool overlooking Lake Carillon. The large deck area is accented with Palm trees and cobalt blue tiles and planters. The Resort Pool area also has two HOT TUBS under covered open-air structures overlooking Lake Carillon. Enjoy a dip in the pool and then relax in the hot tub while you enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.
Additional Carillon Beach Resort Amenities include: 3 additional community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and the East Pool. Pool Hours are from 8AM until 10PM and the pools are heated as needed.
There are also tennis courts, a full basketball court, play ground and multiple large green spaces for play. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with restaurants, ice-cream parlor, exercise club, yoga studio, General Store, and fabulous Baliage Salon and Spa and 3 restaurants. Summary: Property was fantastic. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Unit was stocked with all the essentials. Stand alone ice machine was a great convenience. Loved the pool which was literally next to our unit and also the view of the lake. Had a great time.
