This three story residence, features a panoramic view over the saronic sea as well as a garden
with a lawn and aromatic mediterranean vegetation perfectly suited for outdoor sunbathing and
relaxation. The mild, rocky coastline directly in front of the house allows a refreshing splash in the
clear waters.
You can enter the property either through the garage, through the main entrance which is located
at the backside of the house, or directly from the seaside.
There are four roomy bedrooms in total; three bedrooms at the second floor with unobstructed
seaview and one bedroom at the ground floor with a private patio. One is a master bedroom with
ensuite bathroom, two share one bathroom and the one in the ground floor features its own bath
as well.
The villa also includes a tv-room with a big screen tv ,
a fully equipped open kitchen, a cozy living room, a guest-WC and a spacious veranda, all
located at the first floor. The robust outdoor table made out of cement mortar and a teak
sitting area create an all-day friendly environment for dining, gathering or just laid back moments
overlooking the crystal turquoise-blue sea colourings.
Wide windows allow the sun to fill the interior with its vibrant energy composing a breezy and
welcoming atmosphere.
A seaside greek tavern, a grocery store and small beaches are within walking distance and the
port-town "Souvala" is just a 6 minutes drive, making the Vathy area an advantageous location
to reside at. Follow the sand path along the shore and enjoy peaceful morning or evening walks.
If you wish to explore further, there is a large variety of tavernas, sandy beaches, the ancient
temple of Aphaia, the 1000 year old olive grove and of course the beautiful, vivid Aegina town.
