Positive: Very Lovely and friendly Staff. Reasonable selection of foods in buffet breakfasts. After finding a dead fly in my meal I was offered a new meal And complimentary Prosecco by a waiter who was amazing in speaking English Czech and German and very accommodating to my kids.
Negative: No coffee making facilities in the rooms, faulty AC in one of our rooms. At the check Out I was “by accident” charged extra £850! When I pointed out that I have already paid in full staff then took an hour to investigate and agree. Not ideal with young kids waiting. Prices were a bit high. Half board dinners were somewhat not usual for children’s pallets. No lifeguard by the pools most of the day. One of the jets in our bathroom didn’t work. Mattresses on the double beds were sloping and very uncomfortable.
