Positive: We were there for a wedding and the location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood and secured fenced back yard.
Negative: Turn the front door to the left when opening the door. We had (user error) trouble in trying to open the door. After we put the code in we could hear it unlock but would not open. Instead of turning the knob the other direction we figured it out. Again, just user error.
