Late check-out is 12pm. Late check-out fee is $40.

Late check-out is only applicable to reservations that have paid the $40 late check out fee. Late check-out can only be added to the reservation prior to check-out date. If you request late check-out on check-out day or overstay past normal 10:00 am check-out time then late check-out fee is $80. This $80 will be automatically deducted from your deposit.
Check-in begins at 5:00 pm and check-out ends at 10:00 am.
Street parking is available right in front of the house either on Park drive or Edgewood street. There is also a paid covered garage parking for $10 per night per car. Max capacity is 2 vehicles. Ceiling clearance in the garage is 7 ft. Paid parking is subject to availability.

Please let us know if you want to bring a pet at the time of booking. Once booked, we will require a $250 pet cleaning deposit fee on the day of reservation. Refundable on the check-out day if no damage or excessive animal fur in the space. Also, we will require a picture of the pet.
For undisclosed pets brought into the listing, there is an additional $250 fee.
