Fabulous house in Avondale with 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms two story house with a loft upstairs beautifully furnished with all the amenities and my famous massage chair. The master bedroom is downstairs which is what makes this house unique the upstairs loft area has the two bedrooms and a full bathroom and also a loft with a luxurious sofa bed couch, TV access to internet everything you can imagine there is a nice pool that is open from May through October

Summary: Our week in Phoenix was a disaster...golf gaga me rained out, and then all of baseball cancelled! Thankfully we were staying at the Yavapai House. The place is incredibly clean, well appointed and provisioned, with the most comfortable beds I’ve encountered in a VRBO or AirBnB. We had plenty of room in the house as well as the backyard to hang, and the massage chairs were a hit. We will definitely rent again once baseball is back on!
