The Space:
The home has 3 bedrooms and a pull out sofa in the living room. There are 2 work desks, a formal dining room and a formal TV room for your enjoyment. There is a pool and an outdoor shower.
LOCATION: The property is just a short 30-minute drive to Miami Beach and downtown Miami, 22 minutes from MIA (60 minutes from FLL) Smart, keyless entry for easy check-in/check-out process.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing a few days before check in for availability.
MASTER BEDROOM: Features a queen bed and spacious walk in closet. There is an ensuite bathroom with a large tub.
SECOND BEDROOM: Features a queen size bed.
THIRD BEDROOM: Features a full size bed.
LIVING ROOM: Features a queen sofa bed for 2 additional guests. There is a second living room /media room downstairs with a large sectional sofa for ample seating smart TV and work desk with high speed internet. There is also a washer and dryer for your use in the lower living room.
KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with all you'd need to cook a meal in and kitchen seating for 4. There is a coffee machine as well as pots, pans and everything else you'd like in a kitchen for cooking. There is also a formal dining table area with more ample seating for larger groups.
OUTDOOR SPACE: The pool is not heated and please note the hot tub is not functional. There is a BBQ area with great seating for spending an afternoon grilling outdoors.
PARKING: There is parking for 2 cars in front of the gate for the entrance to the home. There is also a carport but the carport is not available for use as the gate does not work.
PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property. Pet fee: $150 per pet, regardless of breed or size. Pet weight and size restrictions may apply, please check with us.
PACKAGE HANDLING POLICY: You can order packages to be left at the door. This is a standalone property. There is no front desk or doorman. Package retrieval and lost packages are the guest's responsibility.
PLEASE NOTE: No smoking in unit and noise level after 10pm must be low in respect to the neighbors.
PROVISIONS: We extend a welcome with various essentials for your convenience, such as an ironing set, laundry facilities, complimentary high-speed WiFi (100+ Mbps), and Smart TVs catering to your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix. On display are toiletries, linens, and towels to enhance your comfort. However, we humbly point out that washcloths or kitchen towels do not form part of our linen service.
GUEST SCREENING: You may be required to follow a check in procedure for security and fraud prevention purposes that will verify your identity, payment method and booking prior to receiving your check in instructions. Once you pass the screening process your booking will be confirmed.

We are pleased to arrange housekeeping during your stay, upon request, and at your cost. We reserve the right to assess fines for excessive cleaning, trash removal, and property damage.

Violation of house rules or noise complaints may result in a cancellation and no refund. Parties + Gatherings: due to local community rules and guidelines set by the owner, parties and gatherings with guests in excess of the maximum guest count are prohibited at this property.

Do remember to apply sunscreen and stay hydrated amidst the occasional bouts of tropical warmth and humidity, as well as potential rainstorms.
