Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Fantastic location, spacious, and perfect for a ski getaway. Check-in was seamless, and the place was bright and clean. Beds were very comfy and it was especially nice to have so many bathrooms and bedrooms. Reserved and heated underground parking was also very excellent, and right across from the elevator. Kitchen was fully stocked, and it was nice to be able to walk down to the shops below too. Plenty of shuttles and the ski resort was mere minutes away, but the place still felt quiet and private.
Negative: Got some suspicious messages through Booking.com as they got hacked, but eventually was sorted out before our trip. In this situation, it would have been nice to get a call to talk to a real person explaining the issue (less savvy people may have fallen for the hacker messages, as it was confusing whether or not I was chatting with the hackers or the property manager). Blackout curtains would have been nice for the bedrooms, and the TV didn't include any sports channels unfortunately.
