Primary suite is set apart from the other bedrooms and offers a spacious bedroom with queen size bed, full bathroom with double sinks and a shower, plus private access to the backyard and hot tub. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed and an oversized window overlooking the backyard and nature. The third bedroom offers queen bed and a twin trundle. A second updated bathroom with shower tub combo rounds out the accommodations.
If you're feeling competitive, you will love the game room. The heated garage was converted into an awesome place to hang out with your friends and family. Ping pong, put put, darts, and pop-a-shot basketball are all available for your enjoyment. Open the doors on both ends of the garage to enjoy the summer breeze blowing through. This home is situated in the woods. It is common to see animals, mice, and other vermin. The property is serviced twice monthly by a professional pest company, but sometimes vermin do sneak in. Please let us know right away if you see evidence of anything inside and we will send out pest control. No rate adjustments can be made for vermin in or around the house.
This home is on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. If you flush other items, such as feminine products, it will cause a sewage backup into the showers. Please only flush toilet paper.
This home receives water via a well and ground water is scarce in the area. You should be responsible with your water use. If you use up all the water in the well, it will take about 25 minutes to regenerate before you have water again. If the home loses power, you will be without water until the power is restored.
