The White Pine Lodge is located in the desirable gated community of Pine Mountain Lake. The property backs up the a seasonal creek where families can experience wildlife and relaxation from the back deck. This spacious mountain retreat is a rare find because it’s a single story property with a flat drive way! It offers 4 private bedrooms, a game room, and many amenities for all to enjoy.
The Space:
This single story home is over 2,000sqft with plenty of room for multi-family vacations. A large living room with a wood burning fireplace and cozy furnishings. The kids space comes with an entertainment area, 2 trundle beds (4 twins), large TV, and plenty of room for creative play. Kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steal appliances and cooking essentials. The 3 other bedrooms are good size rooms with large comfortable bedding. The garage has been converted in to a game room, equipped with fun family games, a pool table, and a ping pong table!
There property backs to a seasonal creek with plenty of outdoor space to play and enjoy. There are many walking trails in Pine Mountain Lake. The Private Lake is available for guests to enjoy for swimming, fishing, boating, etc. Pine Mountain Lake also has a great golf course, delicious restaurant (The Grill), a community pool, and many other fun activities throughout the HOA such as horse shoes, bocce ball, playgrounds, and more. Most HOA amenities are only available from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend.
Best of all, Groveland is only 20 miles from Yosemite National Park! This is a perfect location for day trips to the Park and experience the many wonderful sights, hikes, and activities Yosemite has to offer.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. There is one locked storage closet that maintains cleaning supplies for cleaner.

Other Things to Note:
There is parking for 2-3 vehicles in our driveway maximum. Guests should plan to take 3 vehicles or less. The HOA charges a $44 per car fee to enter the gate. The security gate will collect the fee for the Association when you first enter Pine Mountain Lake upon arrival. Fees paid are for unlimited entry/exit during your stay. The fee also provides access to the HOA amenities, such as the private lake, pool, various playgrounds, etc.
We provide garbage service for 2 trash cans and trash bags. Guests should ensure their garbage is secured properly in trash bags and placed in the trash containers with the lid secured, not overflow. If the trash is not properly secured in the trash containers or if the trash is overflowing the containers a minimum $25 charge will be forwarded to the booking guest to cover cleaner time to pick up trash and additional transfer station bags or dump fees.
