The White House on Niagara offers a stylish experience in our peaceful Paonia. Our home is incredibly spacious and would be the perfect location for a family reunion, destination holiday, or a few families looking for a quiet getaway. We are also located within walking distance of downtown Paonia.
Our home has several open areas, including a large living room and dining room. In addition, we have a beautiful backyard with a fire pit and a pizza oven.
Our kitchen is newly renovated and fully stocked with over 16 spices, an espresso machine, a drip coffee pot, as well as a Keurig coffee maker. We also have a Ninja blender, a Belgian waffle maker, and a toaster.
We have four bedrooms available to guests.
Bedroom 1: Our children's mountain-themed room is located on the main level. It has a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the lower bunk and a twin-size mattress on the top bunk. This room also has a six-in-one game table (including foosball and air hockey) and a washer and dryer for guest use. We also have a 55-inch TV in this room.
The three other bedrooms are located upstairs in our unit:
Bedroom 2: This room has two full-size mattresses, a dresser, and a closet for clothing storage.
Bedroom 3: This room has one full-size bed, a dresser, and a dedicated workspace (desk, chair, and wifi access).
Bedroom 4: Our final room is the master suite. It has a king-size mattress, a closet, and a dresser.
We have two full bathrooms, one upstairs with a toilet and a shower and one downstairs with a bathtub, toilet, and shower.
We have a lovely outdoor area with a grill, an outdoor dining table (seats 6), a pizza oven, a fire pit with seating, a hammock, and a large grass yard.
*We have a door at the bottom of our stairs and a baby gate available for the top of the stairs for safety purposes.
