We only book 6 months out on online platforms and do have most dates open 6+ months from today date and can book those dates after approval. We require a person to be onsite during events and 1 day insurance policy for all events. Licensed mobile bartender are required for alcohol any event. Small event below 25 people require less requirements and are treated more like a stay onsite. We verify all guests are holding events as they describe them. We have parking for 30 cars or trucks .
