Situated in Batu Ferringhi, Penang, Malaysia, our home is a peaceful apartment right across Bay View Beach Resort and 200m from Hard Rock Hotel that is perfect for a short to medium stay.
Our place consists of 2 bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom with hot water, a spacious living room, a well equipped kitchen and a dining area perfect for friends and family in groups of 4.
Located just 100m from the beach, you can easily take casual strolls to the beach during your stay.
The space
We recently renovated and decorated our apartment to host guests as well as for our weekend staycations (that’s right, we are Penangites!).
Our home is airy and spacious with everything you could need for your stay.
Unlike most apartments in town, our place is peaceful and quiet with 5 minutes’ walk to the famous Batu Ferringhi beach. Just cross the road and go through Bay View Beach Resort to get to the beach.
Our furniture and amenities are exclusively selected to meet the needs and comfort for a total of 4 guests with an aim to provide a family and children-friendly environment.

Other things to note:
+ We provide self check-in via digital door lock.
+ Pass code will be provided 24 hours before check-in.
+ Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is before 12pm.
+ Our apartment is a very peaceful and quiet place to stay. To keep it this way, parties, loud music and outsiders are not allowed on the property. Please respect the neighbours and the community.
+ Basic cooking utensils and kitchen appliances are for light cooking only. All cooking utensils, kitchenware and tableware must be washed before check-out.
+ No shoes are allowed inside the house.
+ If you break something, spill, or accidentally make any damages, let me know at the time of the incident. We are all humans here. Don’t wait for me to figure it out because it will come out of your security deposit if I find it without a heads up.
+ Parking is available on the property: RM10 per day for cars and RM5 per day for motorbikes (payable at the Guard House). You may also park outside the apartment for free (plenty of parking space - our friends and family park outside all the time but I still need to highlight that you park at your own risk).
+ Swimming pool opening hours is from 8am to 10pm daily. All guests must wear proper swimming attire and no smoking within the swimming pool area at all times.
+ Your comfort is our top priority and we hope you will have a good experience throughout your stay in our home.
+ We have designed an Experience Sharing Board in our living room. Feel free to share your experience and stories with us as we would love to hear from you so that we can make our home more comfortable for guests to stay.
