Situated in the Lower Warberries conservation area - a peaceful quiet wooded location just 10 mins stroll down hill to the town centre. The marina and seafront/beach are within a 12 min walk. This small wing is attached to our main home and we named 'The Wedge' because of its shape. Fully refitted 2019, it offers simple but neat and clean accommodation. It has a lovely small south facing sunny terrace/patio with seating and
sea glimpses towards Paignton Harbour. There is a Smart TV and also High-speed internet access. A large private parking space is supplied for one large car.
Sorry, we have a 'no dog' and 'no young students' policy.
For stays longer than 4 nights we can offer a basic laundry service free of charge.
Whats special about this accomodation is its unspoilt tranqual position yet with Torquays key features easily walkable, including the Marina and S W Coastal path, and railway
station. Please be aware that they’re are steps for access.
We usually leave cake, tea, coffee and a pint of milk. For longer bookings [ 7 nights ] bookings we usually leave a complimentary bottle of white wine.
