Positive: Lovely, clean room, not very big but comfortable. The owner was very welcoming and helpful.
Negative: Not very sound-proof - conversations at the bottom of the stairs could be heard almost as clearly as if the people had been in the room with us. The shower and taps of the room next door could also be heard clearly, too.
