Chandler Riggs' (Carl's) parents invite you to their beautiful 2400 square ft home that was originally a church! Built in 1890, the church was converted to a home in the early 2000's. The home is one block from the quaint town of Senoia (which is better known as Woodbury from the show), where you will find dozens of shops and restaurants. You will also be within a few blocks of the Alexandria set, as well as the pudding house, the coma house, and other memorable set locations. The church house was featured in the movie Pet Sematary 2. And as an added bonus, the home has a real grave in the side yard, where a confederate soldier is buried. When you enter the home, prepare to be in awe of the beautiful stained glass window in the kitchen. The main living space boasts 15 ft. ceilings with an antique chandelier. The kitchen is fully stocked. The kitchen is open to the living/eating area where you'll find the walls adorned with art given to Chandler by his fans. A 65" tv is mounted to the wall and you'll find the furniture to be an interesting mix of both antique and new. The original preacher's chair was saved with the church and sits in one of the two foyers. With 3 bedrooms, one loft, and 2.5 baths, there's ample space for up to 9 guests to sleep comfortably. The master bedroom sits where the preacher's pulpit was originally located. The king sized bed is flanked by two beautiful stained glass windows, and you will be able to see the markings on the floor where the pulpit platform once was. The room also includes an en suite bathroom with a tub, shower, two vanities, separate WC, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed with beautiful luxury farmhouse-style bedding and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom has a twin size daybed with a trundle. There is also a small loft in this room with a twin sized mattress. This room has a walk-in closet. A spiral staircase leads to a bonus loft area where you'll find a twin daybed with a trundle. There is one full hallway bathroom and one powder room. For Walking Dead fans in town for tours, or for guests who are just looking for a unique place to get away, this house is one of a kind!
