The Waite is centrally located in the Black Hills on Edelweiss Mountain near beautiful Pactola Reservoir just off of Hwy 385. The central location puts you within 30 minutes of most of the major attractions in the Black Hills. The lower level has 2 living areas and a pool table. There is a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a shower. Up the stairs is the main living area. It has 2 bedrooms with a queen in each room and a full bathroom. Off the living room is the deck with a gas grill and a picnic table. Up the stairs is the loft with an enclosed bedroom with a queen bed. There is a sitting area and a bathroom with a sink and toilet. Great home to enjoy nature with your family. Hiking, fishing and atv trails are all close. Close to all the attractions as you are in the heart of the hills. Sturgis Rally travelers there is 3 miles of gravel to this home. Guests with trailers this home has no room for trailers. We do have a lot at our office for trailers for an extra fee. Due to the Covid 19 Pandemic extra precautions in cleaning have been priority for us. We have an atomizer and are following all Department of Health guidelines.
