Summary: We just spent a week at this house with our three married children and their spouses and our two college age children. The house was perfect for our gathering. We ate all but one of our meals at the house and found this to be the perfect house for cooking in. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances and the eating space both inside and out was perfect. It was nice to have chairs for everyone around the table. The pool was GREAT! We stayed in December, pool heat is needed, or it would be too cold. I have no idea what the bill is for heating the pool so I may be speaking out of turn. But it does seem that the cost of pool heat is very high on top of the cost of renting the house. The pool was cleaned several times while we were there. Having loungers for everyone was a big plus! The outside area of this house is the best part of this rental! We even decided to cancel a few of our activities and just stay and enjoy the pool area. The beds were perfect. Not too soft but not rock hard. I will agree with a previous review that it would be good to have two of the four pillows on the beds not so full. I am sure that the owner was trying to offer premium bedding and pillows, but they are really big. Having TVs in all rooms was also very nice. Also, the management company was great to work with and they were very responsive. They even showed up to take the garbage out and bring in the cans. We loved staying here! Great house! Great location!
