Positive: I was told a payment of £50 would be taken from my account and be back within a few days all be that I don't use room service which I didn't however it's been 6 days and I've still not had my £50 back so it's cost a lot more than what I expected!

Negative: I wish I'd have known before hand about the few I had to pay before checking in not just before I got to the hotel.
