The palm-surrounded HEATED salt water pool with spa features multiple lounge/seating areas. The property flows effortlessly from the outside-in. The well-appointed pool/lounge area opens into the living area and flows into the high-end chefs kitchen featuring a massive island that seats 6 comfortably. The open concept living has two seating areas and dinning with expandable table for 8. There are bedrooms in both directions. The king size primary bedroom has an ensuite bath and large closet. The front queen room overlooks the glistening pool and zen fountain. The third bedroom has it's own private patio and features 2 twin beds that are shown pushed together as a king alternative. 3 spa-like baths: 2 full baths in the main house and a bathroom for the pool with shower. The garage functions as its own cabana with additional counters next to the pool with the convenient bath. All this in a great location - 2 miles to beach, very close to Wilton Manors, shopping and restaurants.

Summary: If you get the chance to go to Fort Lauderdale, it’s a must to stay here! It’s close to everything. Very nice, clean, and quiet neighborhood. We stayed there for 10 days and only took two days to go sightseeing. The rest of the time we stayed at the house. It was so comfortable and relaxing and enjoyable, we didn’t want to leave. If we had any questions or concerns or needed anything, the property manager was the best. He would respond to our text/calls promptly. Anything we needed, he made sure it was there for us. He was very understanding and kind. He made our stay stress-free. Wish there was more people like him out there.
