Enter the home from the back door - most convenient from the driveway. Before you do so, check out the fabulous backyard. There is a shed and privacy wall, giving you excellent privacy for the nearby neighbours. You'll find the hot tub tucked away, hot and bubbling for your use!
You'll enter into the stylish, fully appointed kitchen. This home perfectly balances vintage charm with comfort and modern luxuries! The kitchen includes a dining table for six, a full suite of appliances including washer/dryer, and everything you may need to cook a basic meal.
To the right of the kitchen is the first of two bedrooms. This one includes two full beds, and a bathroom with shower only.
Continue through the home, and on the left you will find the primary suite. This room includes a queen bed, and a spacious bathroom with tub/shower combination.
Finally, at the front of the home is the stunning living room with beautiful and cozy furnishings.
