Positive: The location was perfect.
Negative: Upon arrival , we could not even see the driveway due to the weeks worth of leaves on the driveway. The kitchen is fully loaded with what you need but had to wash and/or rinse dirt and bugs off dishes in cabinet. Beds were ready but floors are dirty upon arrival. My husband had to be maintenance man and fix furniture that was broken as well as change workable light bulbs for the outside lights so we could see at dusk/dark.
Summary: Rough start for our vacation but we still had a great time seeing Maggie Valley and Waynesville and waterfalls!!
