The Treehouse is a beautifully appointed vacation home with a water view located on the north side of Virginia Beach in the charming area known as Chic's Beach. The Treehouse is nestled up amongst the live oaks yet is just 1/2 block to the beach. Chic's Beach is a delightfully eclectic neighborhood where you will find neighbors out kvetching, riding bikes, skateboarding, or walking. There are four restaurants and a micro-brewery within walking distance, as well as a mini-mart. Chic's Beach also has a wide lovely beach you are certain to enjoy. We do this so that we can ensure The Treehouse remains undamaged and spotless for you and future guests. The Restrictions are as follows: 1. You must have prior permission from Patrice to bring your dog 2. Your dog must be at least 1 year old 3. She/he must be crate/house trained 4. She/he must be spayed/neutered 5.
