A unique, front line property in the heart of Port de Soller that offers 180° view of the bay and surrounding mountains. This third floor property is located at the foot of the tram stop and is within 20m of both the beaches and the Port's restaurant and shopping area. The apartment has just been fully re-furnished and is fitted with air-conditioning/heating throughout. Spoil yourself with chilled glass of cava on the terrace and enjoy the spectacular sunsets! This large apartment is bright and airy with a large sea facing terrace and two mountain view balconies. We have just finished re-decorating and re-furnishing the whole apartment including air conditioning/heating and fibre optic wifi internet. The apartment is within easy walking distance of the beaches, shops and restaurants making it an ideal location for families with children and a car is not necessary to access the Port. Although very centrally located in the port, the apartment is very tranquil with all the bedrooms located on the mountainside, away from the port.
