The Tradewinds is a nautically themed 3 bedroom home surrounded by palms and flowering foliage located on a white sandy beach and steps away from the ocean’s shore.
The center open-air stairway leads you to the three levels and multiple spacious decks of the home. At the lower level is the “Crew’s Quarters”, with a queen bed and bunk bed with plenty of sunshine shining thru the sliding glass door that opens to the lower beach deck. The shared bath is complete with shower. The “Mermaids Quarters” is also located on the lower level of the home. This queen bedroom is tastefully decorated in soft bright colors and the mermaid theme with plenty of closet space. Both bedrooms have fans and air conditioners.
The second floor offers an open floor plan living room and kitchen combo and located in the middle tier. Off the front of the living room is another deck. A Perfect place to drink your morning coffee and watch the palm sway in the ocean winds. Couch opens to a small bed. Cable TV in living room. The large open kitchen area has all the amenities one would want on their island vacation. Many cabinets and a breakfast counter provide lots of cooking and storage space. Don’t want to be bothered with cooking with staying at The Tradewinds… easy arrangements can be made to have authentic island cooking done right in the home for you. Served in the dining area or maybe on the deck, you choose. There is AC that will cool off the entire floor and a small half bath located off the dining area.
A few steps up to the Captain’s Quarters. Here you will find a king bed, and marvelous ocean views. Imagine waking in the morning, opening your eyes a having an ocean view that goes on as far as the horizon! A walk in closet has plenty of room for the well-packed traveler. There is a ensuite bathroom with tub and shower comb. Open the sliding glass door onto a large private deck where you can spend afternoons reading a book or enjoying the ocean breezes. Several windows keep this room bright and airy, AC and ceiling fan.
For the best views and breezes you can head up to the top deck, The Crows Nest. Here is a wonderful spot to sit and look up at all of the amazing stars in the night sky. To the north you have the ocean view and to the south you see the island mountains in the distance.
Out front of the property is the dock enjoy the thatched palapa with bench seating and a hammock. The perfect place to gather, sipping your favorite island beverage or a relaxing massage, as you watch the waves break on the reef. Perfect sunrises and sunset can always been seen from the here as well. There are also steps lead into the ocean.
Want to venture out in the ocean? A there are 2 kayaks to get you out in your front yard aquarium to the warm waters of the Caribbean.
Visit the nearby resort restaurant or the East End most pristine beach. There you can horseback ride, enjoy their pool and beach.
A AWD rental vehicle is recommended when staying on the East End, we can assist with getting that handled as well. We will meet you at the airport, assist in locating your vehicle, escort you to the property with a stop at the grocery store.
