Welcome to out 300 sq ft tiny house! It might be small but it is charming. Located only 3/4 of a mile from Longwood university and the town of Farmville, You will enjoy this peaceful wooded space! There is a lovely creek adjacent to the property and lots of wildlife to enjoy!
Your bed is a Queen sleeper sofa that is very comfortable, also a loft that has a twin bed for extra sleeping room. To get into the loft, there is a moveable library ladder.
The tiny house also has A full bathroom with a stand up shower, a kitchen which has a small stove and a small fridge. There is a microwave as well as a toaster oven located in the island! We also have a desk area if you need to get some work done. A washer/drier are located in the basement, (which is not accessible from the main floor but through a door on the outside of the house) There is lots of storage room in the basement for bikes!
There is plenty of parking on the property!
We have high speed internet, with a smart TV where you can log into any streaming account! (Please be sure to log out on departure)
Things to note:
1. The tiny house is situated in the woods so in-spite of our Meticulous cleaning, some bugs might be present.
2. We have town water so there is a sulfer smell, especially for the hot water!
3. The driveway is downhill so it tends to wash out in heavy rains. When arriving at the tiny house, stay sharply to the right to avoid the ruts! We are working at fixing the problem! (See pictures)
