Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Staff were friendly welcoming and deaf awareness. Meal was good as well as breakfast. Lovely furnishings everywhere.
Negative: Clearer information preferably in advance regarding car parking near the hotel. We ended up paying for it not sure if it should be free or not. The only bonus was cheap payment for 24 hrs -£6.50.
