Negative: Was disappointed with this, wasn't very welcoming it more a place for people who stay there all the time and you feel like your invading the site, we had our dogs and no hoover had a broken carpet sweeper and a broken brush which want ideal, small things like salt and pepper would have been and idea or a welcome pack, not enough storage for a family of 3 and no hand soap provided so had to get i would recommend add the small basic items as that goes along way
