Positive: Very good location, large terrace, quiet place, 2 air conditioners
Negative: The fan in the bathroom that starts automatically makes a lot of noise, it would wake up everybody during the night. The bed mattress was too hard. Old furniture. The sofas with stains. I opted for rose petals on the bed as a surprise, but I was disappointed to find out that they are artificial. No place to put the shower gel in the shower cabin. No hangers in the bathroom. One of the sockets in the bedroom had a pin stuck inside. This apartment has potential but needs maintenance and an update for this money
