This two bedroom apartment is Clean (Smoke Free) and modern with two bathrooms and balcony looking across Mercer street to the City and Water front. The proximity to The Deakin University Water Front Campus is a mere 2 minutes walk, so forget or park your car. Bellarine Wineries and Ocean beaches are only 20 minutes, the Great Ocean Road starts 25 minutes along the Highway. The central business area including the TAC, Worksafe headquarters and the new NDIA are within 5 minutes easy walk. Western Beach 2 minutes walk - Eastern Beach 8 mins. Bars, Restaurants and Cafes nearby you will love this area and recommend that you dive in and learn how lovely the Geelong region is, I will be pleased to assist with advice and leads on restaurants and places to visit.
There are outstanding restaurants in the region; Award winning Igni, Carrugi and Brae at Birregurra is set to become one of the very best Restaurants in the world, run by Chef Dan Hunter this is a remarkable lunch or dinner experience. the flip side is staying with kids and visiting the Adventure Park. Crazy, I took my daughter and niece - they had an amazing day a big day! so if you come to the region for a fun couple of days, get there early by staying in Geelong and then stay over to fully enjoy the facility, yes it is corny and simple but sometimes that is just perfect.
