Positive: Amazing nice place. The staff is top class! So friendly, helpful and correct. We had some odd requests, such as local Chinese treatments, acupuncture. Then a breakfast bag to go at very early departure. Nothing was to difficult for them. The hotel is beautiful and calm. Very good location, the Italian restaurant is great as well. Very pleasant stay! Thank you staff and crew of this pearl. Chengdu was a very positive surprise!
Negative: Nothing to say. I would possible like a more nice view from the room, facing the shopping center village that is very cosy and great. But not sure if that was an option. This is just a very nice and comfortable place. Bravo!
