Outside is roadside parking to the front on a first come, first served basis, and a garden overlooking the village green. The traditional Dales bridge with its five stone arches is another interesting feature of the settlement and is one of the town's most renowned landmarks. The surrounding countryside features a number of walks through the area, making it a wonderful place to stay whilst exploring the Dales.
