Spacious Living, Dining, and Kitchen have easy access to a large outdoor patio and yard that includes a oversized hot tube for everyone to enjoy while on your vacation. The Master Bedroom has a King Size Bed and Private Bath with garden tub and stand alone shower. There are two Guest Bedrooms the 1st includes Queen Size Bed and theh second is a pyramid bunk with a extra twin bed. There is also a full size laudry room for guest to use while on their stay. The home is lacated in a safe neighborhood located in the heart of the town and just a quick drive to all the great amazing food, shopping, and outdoor adventures that the Coastal Bend has to offer!

Summary: Great communication, super easy check-in. House was clean, super cute, plenty of room. Loved the location and proximity to everything we wanted. Down the road a few miles to the ferry to Port A, a few miles to Rockport, everything was close. Super dog friendly. The dog bed and toys were a nice touch. My dog brought his own, so he didn't use them, but still thought it was a nice touch. House has a large dog door, we didn't use it, but for those that do, it would be nice to have. Loved the dog pics, the house felt like a home and we were comfortable. My only suggestion, would be mowing the bsck yard. The grass was pretty tall out back. And there were only 3 wash cloths for the whole house, and no dish cloths or sponges to do dishes with. We made do, so not a big deal, just a recommendation. We stayed busy most of the time, so were only really there to sleep, but we really enjoyed our stay. The worst part was having to leave and come home back to work. Will definitely stay again.
