Located on Swan RIver this is a perfect house to come home to after a long day at the beach and enjoy the amazing views.
You will have full access to the house.
This house was originally a duplex however it was recently converted into a single family home. The set up is great for multiple families looking to share common spaces however have their privacy at night.
Swan River is very popular for Kayakers and SUP's. There is a rental shop at the top of the street where you can get everything you need for a day or even weekly. There are a couple of islands you can sail out to and enjoy a nice picnic, or if you go the other way it will lead you out to South Village Beach .
The main lower level porch is extremely large and includes an extended Restoration Hardware outdoor dining table with seating for 10. A gas grill is available. This area also includes seating for 6 with a propane controlled fire pit. A hot tub overlooks the water with seating for 6 and a lounger seat for a full body massage. Also includes a pathway out to a private landing to launch your kayaks and SUP's.
The Kitchen: All newer appliances and dishes. Keurig coffee maker. Features a large eat-in island with seating for 4. Large windows allowing for an expansive view of Swan River.
Living Room 1: Open to the kitchen area with a large sectional with seating for 6. 55 inch smart TV.
Living room 2: Another sectional and additional seating for 6. A 65 inch smart TV hung over the an electric fireplace. This large living room also includes a brand new pool table and foosball table.
Master Bedroom: Walk out porch with views of Swan River from your room. California King bed. Smart TV.
Master Bath: Full private master bath.
Bedroom 2: Walk out porch with views of Swan River from your porch. Trundle bed with two twin mattresses.
Bedroom 3: Large windows with great views. (2) Queen beds.
Bedroom 4: (3) Queen Beds (1) Twin Bed in this extremely large bedroom. Walk out balcony with beautiful views. Also features a private full bathroom.
Laundry Room: Newer Washer and Dyer available on the main living space.
Bathroom 4: Full bathroom off the living room.
