The Spot is a five bedroom, three bathroom house that comfortably accommodates ten people. The property is well zoned for families or two couples, with separate sitting areas.

Downstairs: Two bedrooms (one double and one twin singles) and a bathroom. A games room with a ping pong table, great for the kids and adults alike. There is also a small living area and gaming set up.

You have a choice of two outdoor areas with plenty of outdoor seating to entertain friends and family: an expansive sundeck capturing the stunning ocean views at the front, or a sheltered courtyard with a BBQ that backs on to state forest at the rear.
