All beds, furniture and amenities are new. 1.5 blocks to Carlsbad State Beach. 5-10 minute walk to the ocean. The perfect place to vacation with family, surf, play on the beach or just relax. Huge backyard, grill, outdoor dining for 8. Newly remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. Outdoor shower - great for kids and returning from the beach. WiFi, cable and smart TVs, washer & dryer. Parking for 2 cars in driveway (left side). More free parking on street. Short bike ride to Carlsbad Village (2 bikes available for use) 6 boogie boards, 6 beach chairs, 2 soft top wave storm boards, corn hole and bocci. Perfect for families and kids. Legoland 15 min drive Del Mar Fairgrounds 15 mins Steps from the beach and PCH World class surf breaks all around you - if you have any questions just ask! Shared garage for laundry use only, please do not park inside the garage. Ask host for password upon arrival. ADU above the garage is for the home owner only. Owner may or may not be home at the ADU which is a separate property and separate address. Please park on East (left side of the driveway) THE SURF CASA IS NOT FOR GATHERINGS OVER 10 PEOPLE. We cater to families and small intimate gatherings. Guests found in violation will be asked to leave and will not be reimbursed for the remaining part of their stay.
