Bring the whole family to this beautifully updated home with lots of room for fun and unforgettable memories. The home is centrally located to many attractions. We are only a few minutes to the beach as well as beautiful Dunedin downtown. A lot of love and care has been put into this home with our guests in mind to make it as convenient and user friendly as possible. Come and enjoy the florida beaches in this amazing home!
This is a family friendly home, NO PARTIES/EVENTS!
Everything to make you feel at home but with the convenience of many attractions all nearby! The home is equipped with a screened in porch with a tv outside, charcoal grill, lounge chairs, and heated pool(heat available Oct- May).
The home consists of 3 bedrooms 2 bath
1. Bedroom 1: king bed with private bath and tv
2. Bedroom 2: kind bed
3. Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed and a full over full bunk bed (ideal for 3 adults or 4 kids)

This is a beautiful, clean and very safe neighborhood.
Best by car but Uber would also be ideal due to home being a very short trip ( and cheap) to many attractions. The “Jolley trolley” is also a reliable service from the beach to downtown Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, and Tarpon Springs (runs 7 days a week). - Pet fee 25 dollars per night/pet (max 2 pets), pets not allowed on furniture, please do not leave your pets alone in my home
- Please keep dogs on a leash and clean after your pets
- Only confirmed guests- if you arrive w/unregistered guests I will regretfully turn you away and a $300 fee will be applied (no refund for unused nights).
- Times to attractions may vary depending on traffic
- Unapproved late checkout: $150, if overstay impacts next guest:2x overnight rate, fee is not an extension
- If booking is last minute, the option to heat pool may not be available.
- Option to Heat the pool is available from 8am-10pm October to May (fees may apply)
