With a short walk to the beach, this gorgeous two bedroom, two and a half bathroom Villa is located in the beautiful Water Mill Villas gated-community at the foot of the North South Highway just outside of Ocho Rios and directly next door to Old Fort Bay.
Your ideal vacation rental has a spacious open concept living room, dining room and kitchen on the first level with direct access to your private patio and community swimming pool.
The upper level consists of two bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. The bright and spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed and overlooks the swimming pool downstairs. The second bedroom, has a queen-size bed.. Both bedrooms are outfitted with AC units, ceiling fans and Smart TV sets for your comfort.
From downstairs, stroll out throught the french doors onto your private patio and follow the pathway to the community swimming pool. Enjoy the beautifully manicured landscape or light up the outdoor BBQ grill by the swimming pool for a lime with family and friends. A five minute walk from your Villa will take you to the private Old Fort Bay beach (electronic keypad access required).
You will enjoy your vacation stay with us and when you leave, you will return again and again to this beautiful place.

Summary: The property is quiet and nice for families who wish to be away from all the crowds. There’s a pool and a nice beach that is a 3 minute walk and not crowded at all. The property is a bit tricky to drive into so you just have to be very aware when coming off the main road which is very busy.
