Situated in the heart of town this modernised home can accommodate up to 8 people with 4 bedrooms - main has a king bed, 2nd also has a king sized bed, 3rd has a double and the 4th another king sized bed. 2 bathrooms service the house one with a claw foot bath relevant to the era of the home. The kitchen is well equipped and flows to the dining room and family room which opens to the side deck and garden. With split system heating and cooling, washing machine & dryer, gas log fire and many other extras this home provides a comfortable space in a very handy location. Linen can be added as an extra if required or you can bring your own sheets, pillow cases, doona covers, towels, bath mats & tea towels Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 King, 1 King & 1 Double Linen hire is available but needs to be arranged at least 1 week in advance. Pets are permitted at this property with an additional $33 fee per pet to be organised separately if the booking is through airbnb, booking.com or homeaway/stays, vrbo, in which case our office will provide alternate bank details for these payments. If the booking is through our website guests can choose these extras at the time of booking or call our office and the fees will be added to the tariff.
