Guests will access The Steeple View through a private entrance on the second floor of the home (15 steps up to the second floor entrance).
The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal at home or to prepare take-out from a local restaurant - full dishware set, utensils, knife set, wine and drinking glasses, pots and pans, toaster, baking dishes, mixing bowls, storage containers for leftovers, dish towels, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and more. An assortment of spices are also available for your use, as well as parchment paper, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and plastic bags. Enjoy an expansive, light-filled dining room and table with seating for six guests. Space includes a coffee and tea bar featuring a selection of complimentary coffee and teas to enjoy.
The primary bedroom contains a king size bed, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes two twin beds - all mattresses are luxury hybrid mattresses perfect for a comfortable night's sleep. All bedrooms feature curtains, sound machines and alarm clocks with multi-device cords to charge your mobile phones or electronic devices.
Brand new custom designed bathroom featuring a tub/shower, console sink, medicine cabinet, and open shelving for storage of personal items. Bathroom is also equipped with all necessary amenities - towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, and other necessities like a handheld mirror located within the medicine cabinet.
The large living area features a 50" Smart TV and various seating options - including a cozy reading nook - and an enclosed front porch with seating and a comfortable hanging hammock chair. An assortment of board games and decks of cards are also available for guest use. The apartment also features a light-filled enclosed porch on the second floor - perfect for morning coffee or nightcap.
The Steeple View is equipped with ultra-fast high speed wireless internet, perfect for business travel, off-site team retreats, or to stream your favorite show on your personal devices.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the 2nd-floor apartment through a private, enclosed stairwell on the back of the home. Off-street parking for two (2) cars is available in the parking lot behind the house. On-street parking available for additional cars, as well. Access to the home is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.

Other Things to Note:
The apartment is fully updated, but it's still an old home and has some of those old home quirks. For example, one of the bedrooms on the third floor gets a little warm during extremely hot summer days, even with use of air conditioning. Fans are available for your use on-site, if needed.
