Positive: House size, # of bedrooms, great location to where we needed to go and not too far from OC.
Negative: Old screen door to kitchen entrance didnt shut all the way letting bugs in, kitchen not updated and cabinets were grimy. Front door entrance didn't open and windows didn't open in BR on 2nd flr by stairs which could be a fire hazard. Bedrooms could use new carpeting and paint instead of peeling wallpaper.
Summary: Very nice historic home with minor updates needed
